Magazine Covers by the Numbers

I recently read an article on Fashionista about the most successful covers printed in 2013.  The blog received their numbers from an Adweek article, here are the results:

Kim Kardashian's cover in April Cosmopolitan was the number one selling issue of the mag.

Lauren Conrad graced the covers of both Marie Claire and Lucky in 2013. Her beautiful smile lead each issue to being the second-biggest sellers for both magazines. Lauren is on the cover of Cosmo's December issue too!

 

Blake Lively's appearance on the covers of Lucky and People StyleWatch were the number one selling issues of both publications. 

 

Drew Barrymore was the face of InStyle's "big fashion" issue to kick off the fall, and was the magazine's best-seller.

Jennifer Lawrence reigned as cover-queen in September's Vogue.

Jennifer Aniston, a personal favorite cover girl of mine, was Glamour's best selling cover girl.

According to Adweek the lowest selling cover girl was JLo who appeared in both Cosmopolitan and Harper's Bazaar. Personally, I don't love the Latina's styling in Cosmo, I think its a little raunchy.  However she looks stunning in Harper's Bazaar.   

Do you agree with the numbers? My favorite cover of them all has to be Glamour's Jennifer Aniston, then and again, I am biased to Carrie Underwood.
